i am 15 years old. i am 5 9 i weigh 130 pounds. i started working out about 3 months ago. i want a six pack so i started doing 7 sets of 30 crunches ( fingers by earloaf and legs up and i hold it for like a second every time im up ) i also eat kind of healthy ( i never eat chips or cookies ) and eat alot of fruits. how many calories should i be eating every day ? should i eatmore of a specific fruit ? should i do more crunches ? i also want to get my triceps bigger what should i do to increase that ?

Male? Female? It would be easier to answer your questions knowing that.

And doing a million crunches a day isn't the way to get abs. Complete your profile and we'll help you out.
