hi im looking to loose weight and tone my body. im about 6'1 tall, and about 13 stone in weight ( basically all fat). i have general equipment at home which consists of a stepper, dumbells and a rowing machine, and dont really want to go to the gym. so really i need to know what sort of diet and food to eat, and what exercises to do. any help juch apreciated, thanks.
