Ok I'm a 17 almost 18 year old and I want to start working out. I'm really not that much overwieght - I weight about 175lbs and I'm about 6ft but not much of it is muscle and I do have a gut that I just don't want. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how I should workout like how many times a week and if I should eat and drink certain shakes or food. I understand that's what this site is about but I keep hearing people talk about stuff like creatine and I have no idea what that is or anything else in that department. I've just decided that I'm getting really sick of being like this and I wanna get built and in good shape. Thx for any help.

Thou must fillith out thy most holy profile...with detail on your goals so we can better help you. Don't worry about creatine and all that shit right now. Welcome, and you're gonna learn some pretty cool stuff here. Start looking around the discussion boards at different posts and you'll pick up some stuff. Look for BB1FIT and his posts and responses or REV8BALL and ASIMMER...these guys and woman know their stuff like no one else. Good luck and fill out the freakin' profile.
