This is my first time on this site (think its superb).. My question is, what workout, excercise should i be doing to recude and tighten my chest. I recently visisted my GP to discuss this as i thought i may have gynoclamastia. I currently visit the gym approx three times a week and walk for approx one hour per day. Can anyone give advice as to which work out would suit me best...

Diet diet diet. That is what will get rid of that. Also do benching for chest.

Well drinking at least half gallon to gallon of water is good. On days I lift I drink about 1.5 gals to 2 gallons of water. As for the high weight/high reps vs low weight low rep. I think a mix is good. One week to it lighter, next week a bit heavier.

Cheers for advice....
I never considered dieting as i dont reckon i need to lose weight as such. Are you aware of any foods or drinks that i should avoid, apart from the obvious junk, that may help me on my way.
Also, when i am working out is it better for me to do more reps at a lighter weight or less at a heavier weight????
