are there any different exercises for these, ps the muscles that need working are in brackets:
- one arm cable rows (back)
- One Arm Cross Cable Laterals (shoulders)
- Two handed cable curls (forearms)
- tricep cable pushdowns (triceps)

1 DB rows
2 DB laterals raises
3 DB wrist extensions
4 skull crushers
is that because you dont have access to a pully
have a look under FT resources, a variety of exercises for each muscle
