Which Whey Protein shake mix and creatine mix, and anything else you'd recommend should I get? I'm gaining.

I'm probably going to go to GNC nutrition store right around the corner, so if you have a link for it on their site gnc.com that would be good!

Thanks!

How long have you been training? Your profile says September 2002-2003? Is that this year, or last year, and have you been doing it steady, and how have your gains been up till now? How is your diet? Questions needed before supps can really be recommended

Well, since last september, not this past one, but last year. Since about March I've been training very intense. Gains have been alright, both in stength, muscle definition, and ability to lift more, plus little weight gains.

Diet is good, will be getting on a better 6 meal plan very soon too, working on changing to the new one.

And yes, have been working steady, every week, every day(other than rest days).

I would suggest in this case as you are "working on changing to a new one(diet)", that you get it in order first and use it to max out on gains, which you can do. I would at this point just do a good protein supplement, and vitamin regimine. Let your diet do the work for a while. Once you get your diet in order and then max out, it will be time for some heavier duty supplements like creatine.
