Hi all I want to know of a good workout program in which i can build muscle..im 140 lbs, tall and thin.

aye. the fitness profile is great. it incorporates some exercises that you overlook sometimes. and well..if you fill out the forms and such (won't take too much time) people are better informed as to how to help you :)
