I am 17 years old, 6'3" and 184 pounds. A few years ago i used to weigh 240+ and i can gain weight very easily. I have been trying to gain mass. I workout at 3-4 times a week and i usually put in 2800 calories and at least 200 grams of protein a day. In the last 3 weeks i have put on 7 pounds but i feel most of it was fat. any suggestions

Eat less, eat clean, do some cardio... you can eat the right amount of calories, but if it is the wrong kinds of foods and the wrong meal timing, you won't get the best results.

If you doubt you can accomplish something, then you can\'t accomplish it. You have to have confidence in your ability, and then be tough enough to follow through.

could doing 20-30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week affect any muscle gain? could some of the fat i gained be cut while still gaining muscle or is that unreasonable?
