Yes, I am aware that trying to lose 20lb of fat in 20 days might be hard (and unhealthy)but I am determined to achieve this...

Thats an awfully steep goal you have there. Unless you can create a caloric deficit of 3500-4000 calories a day, then primarily your gonna lose water weight. It takes a while to burn up fat stores, in fact only 1-2 pounds is a healthy weekly weight loss. I'd guess that if you actually did "lose 20 pounds" in 20 days, the weight would just come back in a short order.
For now I would just concentrate on a lifestyle change, which includes a healthy diet and regular exercise. Thats a much better way to get long lasting results.
