i exercise every other day and i eat normaly... should i increase my exercising time/days?

eat normal?? is that 4 eggs & bacon or cereal or bagel with cream cheese or all of those just for breakfast???

execrise?? weight training or just hitting the treadmill for 10 minutes?? or 50 minutes??

all of those could be consider normal - I'm assuming you are female since your name has girl in it - but I really don't know
