Help Help...When to take creatine

I've have just started weight lifting and thought I would start creatine...Should I wait till I plateau or start using it right away. Thanks

The choice is yours, but my thoughts and from experience say that if you start on those type of supplements too soon, will you even know if they helped you? I would suggest trying to max out where you think you have reached your "potential", then try a bit more. Then add creatine to your supplement arsenal to break you out and make new gains. You should make pretty impressive gains just starting as it is. Give yourself a chance first. Some protein on the other hand is never a bad investment, and always needed.

it would seem that youve gain allot of mass because of creatine but thats because of the water. but bb1fit is right reach your max then do it and also you should cycle for best gain
