First off let me say hi and welcome to ft. I have read your other posts, and I know what you are going thru. I was very fat as a child and though my parents tried tohelp they ended up making it worse. But now thanks to weight lifting I have great self esteem! Now to your question. The first thing you have to do is eat right. Try to stay away from high fat, processed food. Use tuna, chicken breast, oatmeal egg whites, cottage cheese, yogurt, rice, and all the veges and fruit you can eat. Next is to get at least 3 cardio sessions a week of at least 25-30 mins a time. Now about this myth of getting bigger with weights. And it is a myth to a point. You will increase muscle tone and mass, but you will loose bodyfat. Bodyfat takes up a lot more space than muscle, so unless you are geneticlly gifted you will not get those huge freaky muscles. For the tummy area try crunches ( the diet and cardio will help). For arms do curls and tricep extensions. This site has an area that will show you how to do these. Hope this helps. Oh yes, I know it will be hard to do with being in school but try to eat 5-7 small meals a day.
