I'm a 20 year old female who weight 135lbs and I'm looking to loose 10-15 pounds. I'm about 5'3. I switch up my cardio from swimming for 30mins, too bicyling for 1 hr, to running 2 miles, to celebrity fit club 40 mins with billy banks everyday. I also lift weights. I use 10lb dumbells and 5 lbs. I do bicep curls, military press, triceps, squats, abs, seated row... I also eat healthy bananas, apples, salad, oatmeal, grapefruit, grapes, lots of water, salad, grilled chicken etc..also a cup of green tea a day. I don't know if i'm doing this properly-i need some tips or advice pleasee :)

It sounds like you're on the right track. Have you figured out how many calories you are eating per day? You need to figure out how many you need for your goals and stick to it. You can be eating the best food on earth but if it is too much/not enough then it doesnt' matter you still won't hit your goals.
