welcome...
i don't think swimming will get you those huge muscles you want... doing crunches won't either, unless you put on some resistence, but still, you might want to do a whole body workout... just fill out a profile and pick a program and stick to it... best of luck to you and welcome to the site again...

Welcome to FT!
Pimple is right. Pick a program here and stick to it. Eat lean protein, complex carbs and healthy fats. You will grow.
Swimming might build up your shoulders and chest a little, but some additional resistance training would be beneficial.
If you don't have equipment or access to a gym, try the at home program - look under fitness resources.
Search the nutrition forum and find info about how to eat for mass gain.
Good luck!

It almost sounds like you're trying to gain results like an actor for a specific role. August is a stiff date for huge results. First of all, follow the advice of the previous posts, and WORK. That's the only way. Otherwise, get a personal chef, a personal trainer, start two-a-day workouts with supplements. That'll get you results fast. Expensive, but it works for actors.
