I can't seem to lose body fat. I'm gaining weight and inches but my bodyfat has stayed the same. Has this happened to anyone? What should I do? I'm not new to working out, so I'm really confused.

Perhaps you may have reached your "plateau".
It all has to do with your diet.Re examine what you have been consuming and try tweaking your fats and carbs.

Maybe you should change your work out completely, the same thing for your diet. You need to wake up your metabolism.
Now how do you train and eat?

I work out regularly, 4-5 days a week. I do cardio and I teach 2 aerobics classes. I eat well, protein shakes, pretty clean diet. I just don't get it

Well your body just got use to all the work out..... Simply as that.
Now why not take a week off from training? Stop doing more cardio than your classes, split up your weight training, change protein brand, eat more good fat, start using firming creams (wont make you burn fat but feels good! ;o), and why not start taking creatine? A fat burner? Your body got enough vitamines? Drink enough water?

And I can go on........
