please help.. all the excercises I am doing are working well however, I am still not loosing the "love-handles" around my waist and the very bottom of my stomach right below the bellybutton. Please help. If you know of any really good exercises besides side sit-ups or side raises... would be great. I am doing all the ab workouts I can find and I am doin quite well.
You can do all the exercises you will but it'll never go away before you adjust your diet......... More proteins, less sugar, several small meals daily etc
