Hi all,I am new here so bare with me.I am 44 years old I started Atkins in aug/03 and then joined my local gym back in Oct/03.I am 5'9" and weighed in at 290 in aug/03...been hitting the gym daily alternating cardio and weights and currently weigh 214. I lost12 inches off my waist,8 inches off my chest,3 inches off my thighs and gained 1 inch on my biceps.I think im on the right track. What do you guys think? I love going to the gym, I have lots of energy now and feel great.I just can't figure out why the heck i didn't do this 20 years ago....lmao. anyways if any of you people have any suggestions to improve i would like to hear them. Lift hard...Stay hard !!!!!!!!!
