What is a healthy way for me to loss weight. Also, what is a healty time period to loose 60lbs. How much weigth can I loose each week? What is a healthy weight for my age and height? I am 21, 255lbs, 6'0. my body mass is 35 (about 8points over what its suppose to be). :(
Conventional wisdom dictates 2lbs. per week. But, this does not include your first week or 2, where you could easily lose 7-10 lbs. depending on how much water weight. (which is what it would be alot of).
