I need to know like how much weight to use when doing my reps based off of my one rep max. Like what percentage of it to use for my reps. Does anyone know where I can find this or has a good percentage or system to use for the 4 rep sets on thats on the workout.
Quick rule of thumb, adjust your weight sets so the last 3 or so reps are increasingly more difficult to compete, even to the need of a spot to complete them.
