hardest: Chin ups. I've been stuck just over a ~100lb chin up for ever. It's not a bad number, but getting it to go up is like making gold from lead. I'm attacking it from a different angle though and not touching max weights for a while. Goal is 3 plates (135) in 3 months.

easiest event: tire flip... i get a PR everytime I touch the damn thing. Next week I'm planning on doing the 650 for 5, AFTER all my other events. 3 weeks ago I struggled with this same tire.

easiest gym lift: dips. My dip numbers go up everytime I think about doing them. I don't think they have much carryover for me anymore though.

Hardest - has to be bench and military press (I have weak triceps). All of my other lifts move, bench crawls.

Easiest - Back work (pull-ups, seated rows, my DL has been moving pretty well lately also, etc).
