I'm skiing in Aspen for spring break right now. On average I ski hard for about 8 hours a day. When I get in at around 5:00 pm I am way too tired to hit the health club. Any advice on what I should do?
Keep skiing...don't worry, just go back to the gym when you get back from break. Don't kill yourself, enjoy yourself. Just an opinion. Oh, and try to keep the diet as clean as you can handle. I know vacations can be a tough time to stay healthy. :laugh::laugh::laugh:
