I signed up for the professional version of this site and need some more advice on a new exercise I have not seen before. Can anyone tell me how to do hanging machine oblique tucks? And describe the machine for me?

Thanks,

I don't know for sure about this one either. It sounds like hanging off a bar and bringing your legs up to a side tuck position to work your obliques (sides). My guesstimate aside, usually if you click on the exercise name it takes you to a description. Or you can swap out for an exercise you *do* know (yay professional!).

www.exrx.net has good descriptions too.
