A bit of truth, but more cons than good. Grape juice is extremely high in fructose, etc., will give a very high insulin response. Most fruit juices really are no better than soda, when high fructose hits your system, your digestion cannot differentiate whether it is from soda or juice, and treats it the same way. The only saving grace of most juices is a bit of vitamins, and these you can easily get from other sources.

Be very cautious when buying fruit juice. Like BB1 said they are almost like sodas.
I agree 100% , the only difference is that they are not carbonated.
The frozen juices are the top of the bad list then the bottled.
The 2nd ingredient is sugar/fructose-glucose. Give them up.

They are fantastic, but only have them in the a.m or early afternoon. They still contain the fructose.
