Ok yall. First of all, I love this site. One of my top ten favs. My thing is that I have alot of confidence. I am slim but attractive. So of course, I am happy with myself. However I am on this site because I like to work out and I admire seeing physical changes in the mirror. However, the question is that just recently, I have had a few folks tell me that I am losing weight. I haven't checked myself out on the scale, but I think I am also. I recently changed my diet of eating because of this board.. so I'm wondering if that will have an effect on my body temporarily; or could it be malnutrition? Thanks for helping out!

well fill out your profile so we can get an idea of what you are all about LOL. Without knowing how much you eat what you weigh, how you train etc it is hard to make any advice available.

Great to hear you love this site. It is a community always willing to help. I have one question that pops into mind, are you doing just cardio, or are you doing strength training also. Your calorie intake will need to be adjusted to this. This is extremely important to your conditioning. Let us know more and we will all be here to help you. FT will fill in your caloric needs if you tell it what you are doing. Then we out here may be able to tweak them just a bit to better fit you.

I thank u both for the time u took to help me out. Talk about a loving community. lol. I am male, 175-180 I believe. I am currently trying to exceed lean muscle mass and go towards the max muscle workout. I have recently cut out fast fods.. and I am now eating BALANCED meals instead of just jelly sandwiches and an occasional tv dinner. Why I didn't do this b4 is beyond my comprehension. I might have beeen non-willing. But change is good. THankz
