Hey! to the free-trainers community. well i'm 16 and i'm a lil chubby, i've lost almost 40 pounds since 8th grade, but not i'm really focusing on gaining muscle or turning my fat into muscle. Does anyone have any tips or advice, or maybe a good daily/weekly routine or diet. Please?. I need to get fitER for the summer.:laugh:
