Just wondering, what exactly are good carbs,fats, and bad carbs, and fats? Also should i exclude sugars entirely?
I have been following my program on this site for a week now and lost 3 pounds already. Possably only water wieght, but nevertheless its wieght lol. Whats hard for me is actually trying to hit the calories i need and determining good and bad fats and carbs.
I am 190 pounds now and 5'8" , i like to loose 15 more pounds. Im a ex boxer with weightlifting in my background and WAS very athletic. Till marrage and the 2 kids lol.
