I'm at an intermediate level of weight training and fitness. I am looking to increase my strength and endurance, as well as lower my body fat percentage (isn't everybody). I have found my routine becoming very stagnant and I don't feel like I am getting anywhere. I would like to find a book that maps out multiple weight training routines with a wide variety of exercises so that I can keep mixing it up. Also, it would be nice if it would take a sound, comprehensive approach to fitness. Does anybody have any suggestions?

How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy by Paul Chek
It's holistic in nature, so be prepared to say..."What! That's It! That's all I do!" He is a firm believer of the less is more theory.

The Edge is a great book, some of the best nutritional information out there. (my opinion)
I got Dave Draper's book, Brother Iron, Sister Steel for Christmas. Haven't started it yet, but it looks to be good reading.
