getting the bicep to bulge?

I was wondering what is the best exercise to get your lower bicep to bulge outward?

The shape of your biceps is really genetic, and the biceps isn't seperated into lower/upper portions.
Supination while curling, or hammer curls will work the small muscles that assists biceps in the elbow area, brachioradialis, and less visible brachialis.
Whther you have shorter upper arms and shorter, thicker muscles or longer, leaner muscles will determine for the most part the shape of your biceps.
Do a variety of biceps exercises at different angles to form the muscle as much as you can.
