Getting Ripped

hey there everybody.
i'm just so confused now...when choosing a goal on the site, what training goal should I choose between Progressive Gains & Fat Loss to get a ripped body?

plus, what supplements are useful for me to get that ripped body?

and my last question is: after finishing the 8 week schedule of Beginners, should i automatically change for Intermediate program?

pls help me out asap

Go with the gaining plan. You don't need supplements, just lift and eat a lot of food for now. Question #3 - yes.
