I'm getting a formal test at my gym for the first time Wednesday at noon :D I'm a little nervous but psyched...From online tests I'm ranging somewhere between 12 and 19% bodyfat, can't wait to see what the real deal shows. They don't use calipers, it's some system "5000" or something...what have you used to measure bodyfat? Some methods more or less reliable than others?
