im getting back in to the work after 3 years and im a litte out of shape, and with the help and info from you guys & gals hopfily make it. so im looking to start by losing the litte gut, ad work any sugestions apart from the same old boaring sit ups?
Have you tried one of these programs at FT? They work wonders. (There are also many ab exercise listed to help you on your way) Sad to say that you cannot spot reduce the extra weight on your stomanch - fat will come off wherever it chooses, so I would suggest working out the entire body, doing cardio and also very important: your diet - abs are fought in the kitchen!
