recently i bumped a lot of posts about motivation - look through the forums and do some motivating reading!

Measure yourself! look at yourself, compare to the way you use to be! What else? Reward yourself, and the feeling of feeling good should motivate you. Stay at it long enough and it will become habit!

My motivation. . . about 1 year ago I bought a pair of Calvin Klein Jeans. . . then got all depressed cause my hubby got deployed and gained weight so I never got to wear them. . . Now they are hanging up on my back door which also happens to be located right next to my fridge :) Everytime I am tempted to slack off or sneak a bad snack I look at them and remind myself how much I want to wear those this summer when I go home to visit my family! Anywho, after all that rambling. . . my suggestion, find something that you really want to be able to fit into. . . old or new. . . and put it where you can constantly see it as a reminder of what you are working for! GL and keep up the good work, 5lbs is a great accomplishment! :dumbbell:
