ok here is the deal i want to lose about 3-5 pounds not much. i just want to tone up!!!!! i cant seem to make myself excersise or eat healthy, please tell me how you people get motivated. THANKS!!! any advice is good advice for me at this point!!!

when i see a girl i fancy, it is all the motivation i need. try getting more sleep, it will make you feel completely different, you will wake up earlier and have more hours in the day, once you start you wont be able to stop. when you start to feel better you will appreciate it alot more.

And for those day's like everyone gets, you know the one where you ask your self "do I really have to do this" and so on and so forth, I think of myself as a fist shattering a sheet of ice and concentrate harder on doing that workout better than the one I did previously, just pile drive right into and tell yourself "I really need to do this, I have goals and nothing will stop me from reaching them no matter what I feel like". It's all in you, focus on what you want and "walk there" or run:). Good luck, and get strong, you can do it:).
