I have read many posts that Gatorade isnt worth a crap ..

Gatorade is simply a form of quick fuel, nothing crappy about that. Mix it with some whey protein pre and post workout, and you have yourself a potent muscle-building cocktail.

I agree totally with dahayz, it is a quick form of fuel and can be used for that, before, during, and after a workout. It is for crap as a drink during the day, I see people who buy this stuff and drink it like cool aid all day. It does have sugar, so you know the response.

ive read that gatorade does help u a little bit during a work out but not to much!!

I think its a good alternative to soda pop. Thats about it.

Try acceleraid or exel, they come in a powder. Alot better bang for the buck.
