Hey everyone,
at the moment i am currently doing 100 sit ups, 40 press ups and 20 pull ups at home every day before bed. I dont have access to a gym or any complicated equipment, and my goals are to to increase my upper body strength (mainly biceps and shoulders) and id like a strong well defined 6 pack. I have read on this and other forums that basic sit ups on their own arent a good way to get a 6 pack, and to get a strong well defined washboard abs diet and food intake is quite a big part. I've got a bit of flab around my middle which id like to lose as well.
Sorry if this questions been asked before, but can anyone help me? im 16 y/o, about 11 stone/150 lbs, and have no access to equipment. Any tips on excercises or diet and nutrition would be greatly appreciated...

It is going to be at best difficult to get a six pack with no resistance equipment of any kind. You may think about investing in something to add resistance.
And don't forget, I know this has been said a million times, but diet, diet, diet is key. No matter what you do for abs, if your diet is not conducive to fat loss, chances are great you will never see that six pack.

What would i need to do to add resistance to sit ups then? Would doing normal sit ups holding weights to my chest work? I dont quite understand what you mean by the term 'resistance'
