Gaining muscle mass

Hey,,,i need to gain arround 20 pounds of muscle for the end of the summer,,do any of u recomend any protein shake or product that will help me with this.

Food!! This is the most anabolic substance there is. Don't look to supplements to build your mass. You will be dissapointed and have a much lighter pocketbook. A whey protein isolate is needed immediately post training with simple carbs. Other than that, train hard, eat good food and rest. there is no "quick" way to gain 20 lbs. of muscle. If there was, wouldn't everyone be doing it???:big_smile:
