I have been working out for four months and I have noticed a huge difference in strength. The only thing is that I have not noticed much different in size. I have very fast matabolism, and a very low body fat percentage. What do I need to do get some mass on my body?
Mutt is exactly right, your young enough that if you eat right, workout hard and get your rest, your gonna see gains. Make sure you have a good pre workout meal with good complex carb and good protein source and follow your workout up with a solid meal as well consisting of the same.
