Hey guys when i am losing fat and i do cardio and eat about 10 x my weight i lose fat really quickly. But then when i start eating maybe about even 14 times my weight and really bust my ass in the gym i gain tons of fat and not as much muscle as I would like. What the hell's going on here?

Well... All that I can think of is that Maby when eating the 14x your weight it is not as healthy as 10x? Also Cardio burns more fat than simply lifting weights.

Yes Kris, what are you eating? (and what do you want?!!!) Get your carbs straight after training (and not before bed time) could probably help some......

Why not tell us a little bit more about yourself so we can help you better......
