Hello, if u are reading this, u must have cought interset, and im in a situation which much teenagers my age or suffering from, its called u buy with your moeny, yes i know it sucks, and due to this, my supplemants have been 0, i usally buy weight gainers, but sense i have reached my 160 lbs. they are of no use to me anymore, now i just want to gain muscle and lose the fat i put on
But with out money for supplements, i have to do all my work out naturally, i have a poor diet, i consume 4 meals a day, but i lack the correct amout of spacing inbetween meals i dont eat nothing from 10am to about 4pm
and i have like $30 to spare a month on supplemetns HELP!!

supplements are not necessary for muscle gains...they are the 1% on top of everyhting else you're doing....buy a bottle of creatine for about 10-15 dollars....and buy a whey protein ....Costco has a good one for $19.87...it's called 'Pro-rated'with 90 servings of 20g protein...tastes great....some Costco stores also sell protein bars called 'Protein' for 9.99$ with 24 bars in pack with 30g protein per bar....however this is unnecessary to keep achieving gains...it helps but it's not vital

.....focus on carrying something with u....bag of trailmix...or yogurt....maybe a sandwich(100% wheat/rye with turkey/chicken/tuna).....maybe even just nuts....so that you can snack on something for those 6 hours....

Guys in prison get huge all the time without supplements, they dont have stellar diets either. Just workout hard and be sure to get your sleep also. Those are the two most important things.

but yeah, menace3000 gave you some really good advice there.

I started working out when I was about 18 or 19, and I didn't take any supplement, just eat a lot of fresh foods and was able to gain muscles.

those protein bars might work too for something to eat - since you said you were a teen - why don't you have lunch break??
