Well friends I have heard that if u do full squats with heavy weights then u start accumulating water near ur knees which later has 2 be operated.Therefore ots better 2 do half squats with heavy weights.Is it true?Please advice friends.

if you do them properly then you shouldn't have any problems. Look at olympic lifters, knee injury is rare in the sport

Pressure builds up in the knee upon lockout. When the knees become locked (at the top of the motion), that's where most injuries will occur. To prevent against this, keep constant tension the leg muscles and DON'T LOCK YOUR KNEES. Knee wraps will also help if you're doing very heavy squats.
