I just enrolled in the Weight Loss, but I'm a little confused about the some of the weight training exercises. For example, on Day 1, I'm supposed to do 3 sets of bench presses starting with 12/10/8 reps. What I do not understand is how much weight to use for each set. Should I be adding weight or removing weight. I'm thinking for the first set, I should pick a weight that I can only do just 12, and then add a little more weight for subsequent sets. Please advise
That's correct.... one of the ways to weight train is adding weight as the reps get lower... the last couple of reps on each set should be do-able, but hard to do...
