Seems you chose to workout 4 days per week. Since you don't have access to the gym on weekends, you could move the Sat. program to a weekday and have Sat. & Sun. off.
The program is designed in a way that you work different muscle groups on a different day. If you have chest and biceps in one day, that's fine. And yes, when you work your chest, your triceps (and biceps) are also worked as secondary muscles.
These ft programs are pretty good! I have had good gains with the 8 week mass program. As a matter of fact, I'm on my 2nd go around.
Good luck!

You are working your antagonistical (or opposite) muscles together which can be gooooooood. Why? To avoid overtraining. For ex on the chest day, you'll take heavy (reeeally heavy) and your triceps will also be tired in the end of your training session. If you now do all the necessairy exercises for your triceps you'll just not be able to take that heavy and do it that well. That's why it's better NOT to do it but later....
Hi SeanyBody, as I said so many good results from doing this program, you got nothing to loose, so why not just get going with it?!!!!
