hey just wanting 2 kno how many og the moderators use the free trainers programs, if so which programs have u tried and how much success u have had.
just saying this becuase a lot of members tend 2 create their own programs. how do u guys come up with ure own programs, is is just a case of picking and choosing exercises. i suppose the programs on here are limited?

Carivan has a post 8 week something.. he was doing the mass gain program, I think, look for it, it is a sticky thread. He had very good results.
I don't know why so many people come here and design their own programs and ask if they are good. the FT programs will yield results and are decently designed.
i have a short attention span, so I tend to do six week programs, though sometimes I find a new program in an article and it looks like soo much fun i drop what i am doing and switch....
I have used the FT programs before and did see strength increases and fat loss.
