well I have been in training for about 6 weeks now and I'm noticing great improvements!!
The only part of my body I'm having difficulty in training is my forearms. Can anybody recommend any excersises to help me build my forearms?? I have looked on here and can't seem to find any tips, nor can I find any machines at the gym that show the forearm region.
Oh but you got exercises for your forearms here in Freetrainers. Anyway, wrist curls are the best ones. To strengthen your grip, carry around heavy weights (the weights should be too heavy for you to be able to curl your arms) Keep them in your grip as long as possible.
You can do wrist curls, reverse wrist curls and behind the back wrist curls. These work both the anterior and posterior of the forearms. These exercises are listed when you signed up for the ft program.
