Towel pull-ups...take a towel(obviously), throw it over a sterdy bar or anything that can support you. Grab either side of the towel, *without wrapping your wrists in the towel*, and do some pull-ups. Reverse grip arm curls. The obvious forearm curl. If you can find them(usually in any sporting goods store), use those grip-squeeze thingies. Switch up the weight each time you do reverse curls and forearm curls. This should get you started to stronger forearms. Again, this is for strength. Good luck.
