Does anyone know of some effective forearm and hamstring exercises?

I know of the curl and reverse curl for forearms, and straight leg deadlifts for hams. Any others? Also, how often do you work your forarms?

Working your forearms is really up to you. Some people don't even train their forearms, but if you do, I would suggest one time a week. As for hamstring and forearm exercises, there are many to choose from. Along with the straight leg deadlifts, you can do squats, hamstring curls, leg press, and lunges. My advice would be to switch the exercises every workout for best results. Always do the most important exercises first, such as squats or leg press, before you go on to do straight leg deadlifts or hamstring curls. As for forearms, you can do behind-the-back forearms curls. I'm not sure what the name is, but you stand, holding a barbell behind your back, and curl up with your forearms. It is a recommended exercise by many.

I am training for a bodybuilding show and I never train my forearms, they get enough training from other exercises.

A little discipline at the table and at the gym might help reduce that belly!

Forarms? Any heavy deadlift or thick bar hold variation or heavy rows/chins.....grippers....plate curls...pinching plates/working pinch grip...

I have gotten big/strong forarms from heavy deadlifts and pulling movements.....after I started grippers...they also helped quite a bit...as well as other grip work...

Hams: Hypers, GMS, Stiff Legged Deads, Dimel Deads, Leg Curl Machines,

Cool, thanks.
Is there anywhere I can check to see how to perform those exercises?
