Hello everybody! I’ve been working out for the past 2 to 3 weeks and as I posted before, my goal is to loose some extra pounds. I’ve been following your advises and I do really appreciate your help. They’ve been really helpful to me. I started eating 6 meal a day, high protein intakes as I was told. Now, I’ve noticed some stretchmarks on my forearm and biceps, and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I’ll like to get some advises so I will not get more of these on my body as I’m trying to loose weight. Let me give you my routing and please let me know if it looks ok. I really appreciate your attention.

Looks good?!:)
I have stretch marks on my left arm,
its because I had quick gains in mucle mass
and it was the weaker, smaller arm.
I see them as a badge of honor?

oaer55, Are your arms growing? I know it sems odd, but some stretch marks don't seem to show up until you lose weight and your skin isn't as stretched, that is when mine showed up.
There isn't a whole lot you can do to get rid of them, they do fade some with time, but genetics will determine if they stay very vivid or not. I think mine looked better when I consistently used a firming moisturizer, nothing spendy, St Ives and jergens both make one.
You can try to prevent more stretchmarks with a good moisturizer, look for one made for pregnant women, or a pure cocoa butter stick. Really though, your skin's amount of elasticity is genetic, so if you have stretchmarks, blame your mother :).
As for your diet, stir some protein powder into your oatmeal after cooking.
Space your meals out to 3 hours apart and eat more fibrous vegetables.
Keep up the good work!

Thank you so much, asimmer! I’ve noticed some changes on my arms, indeed, specially on my forearm is getting kind of tight. If it means that I’m loosing weight, it means I’m might be doing things right since my goal is to loose about 30 pounds by July. If I want to loose weight on my belly, am I following the right nutritional balance? Thank you again!!

You could rearrange some things.
How many calories are you getting in, in a day?

I do see the chat room but when I click on it, it takes me back to the same page! Anyway, I forgot to let you know that I'm drinking lots of water. I'm not too sure about HIIT or regular cardio. Which one do you thing is better?
Thank you!

I think you should alternate, one time do HIIT, one time do steady state, lower intensity.

I thought HIIT consisted on a 3 days program where you are not suppose to do weight training when you do it. Is that correct?
