k 2morro is my day for chest and the Exercise program that freetrainers provided for me, gives me 2 chest exercises but im prolly gunna do 3.

what i wanted to know is.. i see a lot of threads on here with decreasing reps and it seems like they add weight for the decreasing reps. Am i right?? so i was just lookin for any tips that ppl might wana give me for a guy looking to bulkup. I was thinkin of supersetting two of the exercises, but.... thanks guys
