I have tryouts with arena football teams coming soon, so I'm trying to cover all my bases. Most have the standard drills: 40, shuttle, vertical leap, 225 BP, and one-on-ones. Some have "the L drill" listed in the itinerary for receivers and DBs. What is that? I feel like an idiot for not knowing, but I've really never heard of this before. Any help?

4. L DRILL: Place three cones in an L shape, five yards apart. From the top of the L, sprint around the outside of the next cone, sprint around the inside of the third cone and sprint back on the same course.
Found that at a website; hope it helps.
