last year I was involved in a serious boating accident. My left foot was severely cut and I lost two toes. Swimming is extremely painful and after 15 min of jogging my foot hurts so bad I can hardly stand on it. Are there any other good cardio workouts?

What about cycling? Your arch would be on the pedal more than your toes.

You could also maybe use the elliptical, because your feet don't really need to move, and it's a much lower impact cardio machine than a treadmill is.

You can always just do metabolic training by shortening rest periods and doing circuit work. Try picking 5-6 difficult upper body exercises, and do them one right after another without stopping, rest 30 seconds, and repeat for 6-8 sets.
